Gluten-free, all-purpose flour mix similar to Bette Hagman's mix except
in different ratios. One cup to one cup replacement for all-purpose
wheat flour.
Always be sure to use a good recipe and try it first. If the recipe turns out dry, increase the oil or eggs slightly. This flour works well for most baked goods, including quick breads. Mix wet ingredients well and add dry ingredients afterward. Dough will have a looser consistency than it had in the wheat version. Do not over-mix. Not recommended for yeast-risen breads.
