Suggested Usage:As a dietary supplement for adults, take 2 tablespoons (1 fl. oz.) daily in juice or water. Shake well before using. Refrigerate after opening. The naturally occurring aluminum content in this product has been reduced to a safe level, less than 1 mg per serving. This is less than 5% of the daily aluminum content in the typical American diet and 90% less than other colloidal mineral products tested.
