NEW: Redeem Raisin Rack Rewards more often
On July 1, Raisin Rack Natural Food Market launched a dynamic change to our rewards program that will provide faster redemption of your customer loyalty points.
We’re excited to announce that our customers will be able to redeem a $5 reward after earning 500 Raisin Rack points. The current redemption level is $10 after accumulating 1,000 points. We are making this change to keep you from having to wait to use your points.
Once you’ve reached 500 points and redeemed a reward, you automatically start earning points toward another $5 reward. You can accumulate multiple $5 rewards. Please note that Raisin Rack will no longer offer incremental reward amounts such as $11.25 for 1,125 points. To avoid confusion, the reward will always be the fixed $5 amount for 500 points.
Your points balance will continue to be available on the bottom of your printed or email receipt. That allows you to keep track of your progress.
For all points associated with customers who haven’t visited our stores for one year, they will remain for 365 days until they expire. These updated terms of use went into effect when the new program was launched on July 1.
Raisin Rack points are assigned for all regularly stocked items. Gift cards, special orders, sales tax, shipping, alcohol and clearance items are not included.
Additional savings for frequent purchases
Along with faster redemption for Raisin Rack rewards points, our stores will offer another way to earn extra savings starting this summer at our registers and through our mobile app.
This enhanced program will give customers the opportunity to take advantage of special discounts and offers on individual items and selected product lines. These incentives will be available through the rewards program and also on Raisin Rack’s mobile app.
Look for signage and tags at our stores for these offers.
On the mobile app, these deals will be found under Rewards, which can be reached through the main menu. If you have yet to download our mobile app, please do so by searching for Raisin Rack in your App Store or Play Store.
Once you have Raisin Rack’s mobile app, check it regularly before or during a store visit to discover additional ways to save with special sales or discounts, or with punch cards for multiple purchases.
Our mobile app also lists the top sale items for the month and includes your store receipts. It’s easy and convenient to use.
