Customer appreciation days
Join us for Customer Appreciation Day on Saturday, April 28, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Canton and Westerville Raisin Rack. It’s our way of saying thanks to our loyal customers for their patronage as Raisin Rack continues to celebrate its 40th anniversary since its founding in 1978.
Raisin Rack Natural Food Market reached a milestone last month with our 40th anniversary. The store was launched in 1978 by Don and Paulette Caster, who still own and operate two locations today.
The Customer Appreciation Day will feature local vendors with their products and additional samples from other popular brands. We’ll also have some giveaways, special savings and more.
Some of the vendors expected to attend in Canton are Rust Belt Pepper Co., Homemade Hot Sauce, Nordic Naturals, Ancient Nutrition – Bone Broth, Carlson, Amazing. Grass, Garden of Life, Berardi’s Coffee, Eban’s Bakery, Amir, Hartzler, Nature’s Path and Cadia. Westerville will include Barleans, Host Defense, Emerald Health Bioceuticals, Nature’s Path, Eban, Garden of Life and Shema.

Free presentations during Customer Appreciation month
From Raisin Rack’s inception, the owners had a vision to not only provide quality products but to educate shoppers about their health. Through the years, our stores have presented hundreds of lectures from numerous experts such as doctors, naturopaths, nutritionists, herbalists, practitioners and more. All of those events have been free.
This month during Customer Appreciation and Earth Month, the stores continue that tradition with more free presentations.
Tuesday, April 17, 7 p.m. — Skaates Family Chiropractic’s Dr. Nicole Lefton will address topics including why chiropractic adjusts provide relief for back pain, how chiropractic adjustments improve function and overall wellness, the fundamentals of the spine and why posture matters.
Tuesday, April 24, 6:30 p.m. — Sancta Familia Center of Integrative Medicine’s Dr. Allen T. Lewis, MD, presents Warm Weather Wellness for the Whole Family: Spring Cleaning and Sensible Safety for Fun in the Sun. Learn about fundamentals of wellness, health benefits of the outdoors, natural allergy control and why it matters, toxin avoidance during warm weather seasons, ticks and Lyme disease — protection and awareness.
Wednesday, April 25, 6:30 p.m. — Raw skincare founder Lindsey Moeller will discuss things to look for when shopping for skincare.

Earth Month
Raisin Rack remains committed to providing earth-friendly products that help preserve the eco-system and the environment. In honor of Earth Day, receive $10 off on purchases of $35 or more on household cleaners and supplies starting April 18 and ending April 28.
Our stores support organic agriculture and methods of farming that avoid the use of harmful chemicals. That also includes humane treatment of animals and no hormones. We strive to carry mostly non-GMO products and carefully vet ingredients in everything found at our stores.
In our personal care department, we emphasize cruelty-free products and also items that do not undergo testing on animals.
Raisin Rack also encourages recycling of electronic equipment, proper disposal of chemicals, safe household products, reusable shopping bags (with credit for going green) and more.
